Phase I: Get ready and check in to our FIT

Start your journey by completing an online Self-study Course and submitting a Motivation Letter.
Based on your submission, shortlisted participants from Phase 1 will be invited to a Connection Session with the organizing team. During this session, you'll receive a real-world challenge and be guided to develop a proposal to solve the real-world challenge to go to the next phase of the program.

Activate The Entrepreneurial Mindset & Journey

Phase II: OVERCOME CHALLENGES & ACCELERATE

Join a hands-on, bussiness challenge-based learning journey with intensive training, mentoring, and coaching sessions. You will work in groups to develop self- and social-empathy, storytelling, and leadership skills—bringing your ideas to life.

SOCIAL EMPATHY &
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
Participants will be grouped based on their chosen challenge, and guided through weekly online activities designed to build discipline, leadership, and real-world impact. Which include:
5:34 AM Group Habit Coaching
Start your day with clarity, intention, and consistency. You will join a 1-hour Group Coaching session from 5.34 AM on Wednesday and Thursday each week.
Group Project Mentoring
Dive deep into your project alongside your group and mentors. Your group will join a mentoring session (one chosen evening per week) facilitated by coaches in the SIC community (you can explore this community in the session below) to receive navigation and constructive feedback, then apply it to your chosen project implementation.

SELF-EMPATHY
Leadership and Entrepreneurship Spirit Training
The Leadership Training, held at 5:34 AM every Tuesday, equips participants with essential leadership to effectively address current project challenges and apply them to their future careers and personal growth.

The NEXT Creative Leaders was born from a powerful question:
"What if every potential driven leader and change maker had the chance to lead their life and work with creativity, purpose, and confidence?"

Founded by Jen VuHuong - a Chevening and Erasmus Mundus alumna - the program draws on over 15 years of global leadership, entrepreneurship, and coaching experience. Jen's journey, shaped by international fellowships and speaking communities like Toastmasters, led her from personal transformation to building communities of impact across 50+ countries.

With the contribution of changemakers like Mr. Phạm Tuấn Hiệp (Investment Director of BK Holdings, General Secretary of VNEI), Diep Bui (Co-founder and CEO of eJOY), and mentors from SIC, Toastmasters, and beyond, the program emerged as a national initiative.

It empowers Vietnamese youth to become creative, employable, and entrepreneurial leaders ready to shape their futures, solve real-world challenges, and lead with the 7Cs: Confidence, Competence, Communication, Creativity, Collaboration, Commitment, and Compassion.

Phase 1 – Registration: Fill out the application form on the landing page to join the program. Then complete the required course and obtain your certificate of completion.
Application for Phase 2: Submit your final registration via email, as instructed in the confirmation email. Your submission should include your course certificate and a Motivation Letter.
